The grass is always greener on the other side right? I always wanted curly hair growing up - the volume, the attitude, that pizazz! An exclusive club us straight haired folk could never join part in (barring perms, but come on that doesn't count). Anyway I have always had a special place in my heart for curls...like the Mariah Carey circa 1992 singing on MTV unplugged curls. So I decided, in my awe and wonder of such a glorious fur, I would begin a project to honor these blessed folks called "Kurl is King".

Part 1 features my friend Natalie - Accountant, Seamstress, and Style-fiend - she knows how to rock the curls in all their splendor and was a total natural in front of the camera.
